IMPORTANT PolICIES

Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Pet Policy: If you are planning to bring your fur friend on vacation, please book the Sunrise Lodge or Lone Pine Inn as they our only pet-friendly property. All other properties are no pets, Please claim service animals at the time of booking.

Smoking: No smoking inside any of our properties, this includes cigerattes, vape and weed. Several properties have a outdoor area to smoke, if you need help finding those properties, please send me a text.

Early check-in/late check-out: We do not offer any alterations to check-in/out times.

Weather: We do not offer any alterations to our cancelation policy due to weather. The only time we will alter our cancelation policy is if there are full road closures into Wrightwood.

Wrightwood Activities: We do not atler our cancelation policy for items such as but not limited to; no snow, too much snow, ski resort closed, zipline closed, other local events cancelled etc.
